Check AI Readiness respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or purchase an AI Readiness Assessment, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request or purchase an assessment, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business details, and your answers to the assessment questions. We use this information solely to produce and deliver your report and to communicate with you about your order.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and to improve them. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and general location. Ad-related storage is turned off for all visitors, and we do not sell your personal data. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you are in the EU, UK, EEA or Switzerland, you see a cookie banner with equal Accept and Decline buttons, and analytics stay off until you accept. Elsewhere, analytics run by default; you can turn them off at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and they stop as soon as you decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time from that link.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to deliver the service you purchased, respond to your questions, and improve the assessment. We do not share your business details or assessment answers with third parties except as needed to process your order (for example, payment processing) or as required by law.

Your choices

You can turn analytics on or off at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. To request a copy or deletion of the information you’ve provided, contact hello@checkaireadiness.com with any privacy questions.
