These terms govern your use of Check AI Readiness and any AI Readiness Assessment you purchase from us. By using the site or purchasing an assessment, you agree to these terms.

The service

Check AI Readiness provides an AI Readiness Assessment: a scored evaluation of your business across five domains, delivered as a written report with a readiness score, a 90-day roadmap, and tool recommendations matched to your industry. The assessment is based on the information you provide. Its accuracy and usefulness depend on the accuracy of your answers.

Not professional advice

The report is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is an independent evaluation and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional consulting advice. You are responsible for the business decisions you make based on it. Results vary by business, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from adopting AI.

Payment and delivery

Prices and delivery timelines are listed on the site at the time of purchase. Reports are typically delivered within the stated window for the tier you select. If we are unable to deliver your report, we will refund your payment.

Independence

Check AI Readiness is not affiliated with Microsoft, Cisco, or any AI tool vendor. Our tool recommendations are independent and are not paid placements.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and reports we produce for you, is owned by Kindred Works LLC or its licensors. You may use your assessment report for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindred Works LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any assessment report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable assessment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
